Ciao, Bellas! You can call me Bella! I got my name because I’m one of the most beautiful types of sea turtles in the world, a hawksbill turtle! I’m so beautiful in fact that instead of just admiring me, some humans want to use my shell to make products like jewelry, hair accessories and other trinkets. Even though this is illegal in most countries, it still happens so it’s up to you to keep an eye out and say no to products made out of real turtle shell. I sure hope you join me and my friends at the Four Seasons Nevis in spreading the word about the illegal shell trade and cheering me on in the Tour de Turtles race!
