  My name is "Hibiscus." I'm an adult female hawksbill sea turtle encountered nesting on July 21, 2008, on Jones Bay beach on the island of Nevis. I measure 84.0 cm in curved carapace (shell) length and 79 cm in curved carapace width.
A satellite transmitter was applied to my shell to me after I finished nesting. You can watch when I was released the next morning. Check out my marathon migration map, where you can follow along as I swim.
